1. Information We Collect

• Contact details you provide when booking, inquiring, or licensing: name, email, phone, event date, and event location.
• Event content: photographs, video, and related media captured at your event.
• Account data: if you create a client account, we store your credentials via our secure authentication provider and a profile record.
• Site usage data: standard log data (IP, browser, referring page) collected automatically for security and analytics.

2. How We Use Information

• To fulfill your booking, deliver galleries, and process payments.
• To respond to inquiries and licensing requests.
• To display work in our portfolio and marketing materials, subject to your Media Release choice.
• To improve the Site, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the business (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, cloud storage) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

4. Retention

Booking and inquiry records are retained for up to seven (7) years to comply with tax and contract-record requirements. Client galleries remain accessible for at least 90 days after delivery. You may request deletion of personal information at any time (subject to legal retention obligations) at kport1@gmail.com.

5. Your Rights (New Jersey & U.S.)

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent to promotional use of your name, image, or likeness. New Jersey residents may exercise rights under applicable state privacy laws by contacting kport1@gmail.com.

6. Cookies

The Site uses functional cookies necessary for booking and account features. We do not use cross-site advertising cookies.

7. Security

We employ commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Minors photographed at events are covered by their parent or legal guardian's Media Release acknowledgment.

9. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Complaints may also be directed to the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.
